This product is a device designed for cleaning Si nuggets. Containers with the work (Si nuggets) are transferred to a dedicated cleaning basket and automatically conveyed within the cleaning equipment. Subsequently, the basket undergoes chemical polishing, acid etching, and high-quality water rinsing, during which the work is cleaned. At this time, the cleaning basket is agitated to improve cleaning efficiency.
